30 DAY GUARANTEE

 

At Style Alert SA returns are simple, we strive to provide amazing product and guarantee 100% customer satisfaction. Style Alert SA perfoms a strict quality control on all products. Our QC team will inspect carefully your items one by one before we ship them to you. Style Alert SA offers a 30 day Warranty for all products. Please contact Customer Service to process your return should anything go wrong with your purchase within 30 days. We are always happy to serve you!

 

RETURN PROCESS

 

Note: From the day you receive the item you have 30 days to contact us to return your faulty item. We authorize return for the following types of defects: poor quality materials, zipper defects, ripped or torn, obvious color difference, major difference between the product’s picture on the website and the product received. 

 

Alternatively, refunds are applicable within 5 days of purchase given the item in resalable condition. Exchanges are applicable within 7 days  given the item in resalable.

 

 

Our return process in 3 steps:

 

1.Explain us the problem with clear picture taken in good lighting or record a short video. Send these details to our Thuli@stylealertsa.com  along with your order number and SKU (product) number. 
2. We study your case. 
3. We resolve it. 

 

THE SIZE I RECEIVED IS WRONG

 

In the textile industry, we may observe minor size differences between different brands and manufacturers. This is why it is important at Style Alert SA we have set some standard to prevent such this issue with the size chart. Please be sure to check it carefully before ordering. We will consider an item's size as incorrect when there is 3cm (1.18 inch) difference or more between the item's actual size and the size indicated in the size chart.

 

Steps to resolve the issue:

 

1.Contact us and provide clear photographs showing the size difference (please show a ruler or measuring tape next to the item), your order number and SKU (product) number. 
2.We study your case. 
3.We resolve it. 

 

Resolutions:

 

-If we made a mistake by sending you the wrong size: We will either refund you in full or send you an item with an alternative size (if applicable) given we receive or garment back. 

 

I RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM/PACKAGE

 

Please follow the 3 return process steps to contact us as described above Resolutions: 
-If we shipped the wrong item: We will either refund you in full or dispatch an item you wanted if available given we receive or garment back. 
-If you purchased the wrong item: We will either offer a partial refund if you keep the item or ask you to return the product back to us for a full refund(within 5 days) or exchange within 7 days. Shipping fees will be covered by you for shipping both ways. We will offer compensation in the case where it was our fault as long as we receive the product(s), please kindly provide us all tracking information.

 

SOME ITEMS ARE MISSING

 

Please be sure to open the and check the contents carefully before signing for the package. 
1.Contact us and provide clear photographs showing the product packaging (box), the shipping label on the box, your order number and SKU (product) number. 
2.We will study case. 
3.We will resolve it . If we made a mistake, we will resend the missing item/accessory for free within the warranty period.

 

I DON"T LIKE THE ITEM I RECEIVED BUT IT IS NOT FAULTY

OR

I ORDERED THE WRONG SIZE

 

You have 5 days from receiving the goods to contact us. If you return the item for an exchange or refund you will have to pay the shipping cost both ways. We will do our best to help you as long as the returned items are unused/unworn, unwashed, come with all original tags and their original packaging. Any product that has been used or misused cannot be returned.

 

IMPORTANT WARRANTY NOTES

 

- All returns must be reviewed and authorized by our customer service team. Once we approve the return, you will be provided with an return form. Returned items without return form will not be accepted. 
-All returned items must be in brand new condition, unused/unworn, unwashed, come with all original tags and their original packaging. 
-We do not accept product return and exchange for the following items: clearance items, discounted items, intimates, underwear, socks, tights, swimwear, earrings, and all items listed under the, swimwear, hair accessories and beauty categories.
